PORTRAITS
For this stage, I used found imagery from photographs my dad had taken whilst travelling. I experimented with different types of development whilst "traces" whether that be physically marking the paper or sourcing old postcards was always at the forefront of my project's.

For my developments, I decided to use monoprinting. This technique fits my project "Traces" as you use an image and then leave a physical trace of it onto your chosen material using ink.

For my final stage of development, I was inspired by Stezaker's use of post cards and collages.I sourced old post cards from Australia as that is where these images were taken and placed them over the subjects head which is a common theme in Stezaker's work (as seen to the right).
